McLaren F1 GTR Tshirt

The McLaren F1 GTR is a race version of the iconic McLaren F1 supercar. It was designed specifically for endurance racing and debuted in 1995, winning the 24 Hours of Le Mans in its first year of competition. The car was developed by McLaren and racing team GTC Gulf Racing, with modifications including a more aerodynamic body, wider tires, and a modified engine that produced over 600 horsepower.

The F1 GTR's success continued in the BPR Global GT Series, where it won the championship in 1995 and 1996. In 1997, the FIA GT Championship was established, and the F1 GTR was again victorious, winning the championship that year.

In total, only 28 F1 GTRs were produced, with most being converted from road-going F1s. The car's success on the track solidified McLaren's reputation as a dominant force in motorsport and helped establish the F1's status as one of the greatest supercars of all time. Today, the F1 GTR remains a highly sought-after collector's item, with prices reaching into the millions of dollars.
