MINI GP1 Tshirt
The MINI GP1, also known as the MINI Cooper S with John Cooper Works GP Kit, was a limited edition version of the first-generation MINI Cooper S that was produced from 2006 to 2008. It was developed by John Cooper Works, the tuning company that had a long history of working with Minis.
The GP1 was powered by a supercharged 1.6-liter engine that produced 215 horsepower and 184 lb-ft of torque, making it the most powerful MINI of its time. It also featured a number of upgrades over the standard Cooper S, including a sport-tuned suspension, upgraded brakes, lightweight wheels, and aerodynamic enhancements such as a rear spoiler and front air dam.
The interior of the GP1 featured Recaro sport seats, a unique GP steering wheel, and a number of other styling upgrades. The car was only available in a metallic grey color with red accents and a roof-mounted rear spoiler.
Only 2,000 units of the GP1 were produced, with 415 units sold in the United States. The car was highly praised by enthusiasts and the media for its lively performance and agile handling, and it quickly became a sought-after collectible. In fact, the GP1 is now considered a modern classic and is highly valued among MINI enthusiasts.
