The Lamborghini Miura is a sports car that was produced by the Italian automaker Lamborghini from 1966 to 1973. It is widely considered to be the first true supercar and one of the most iconic cars of the 20th century.

The Miura quickly became a favorite of celebrities and enthusiasts alike, with customers including Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, and Miles Davis. In addition to its stunning design and performance, the car was also known for its advanced engineering and innovative features, such as its independent suspension system and four-wheel disc brakes.

Over the course of its seven-year production run, the Miura underwent a number of updates and revisions, with various models including the P400, P400S, P400SV, and Jota. In total, only 764 Miuras were produced, making it one of the most exclusive and sought-after cars of its time.

Today, the Lamborghini Miura remains a classic and highly coveted collector's item, with examples selling for millions of dollars at auction. Its influence on the automotive industry can still be seen in the many mid-engine supercars that followed in its wake.
